Rules & Regulations of G.D.I.S.

1. Kid(s) Birth Certificate, Address Proof, 2 Passport Size, 1 Post Card Size & 1 Stamp size photo of Kid to be provided at the time of admission

2. Kid(s) should not wear any valuable ornaments. G.D.I.S. will not be liable for any loss of valuable materials including cash.

3. Parents should inform G.D.I.S. about kid's health and vaccination conditions at the time of admission.

4. G.D.I.S. strictly avoids giving medicines to child at school. Any negative impact on child due to medicine intake will not be a binding on G.D.I.S.

5. G.D.I.S. request parents not to bring child if they are not feeling well.

6. G.D.I.S. takes no responsibility for food poisoning of child, if any. No food facility is available in G.D.I.S. Everything should be brought from home.

7. Kid should come to class in clean and neatly dressed manner.

8. Check the Fee Structure at the time of admission.

9. G.D.I.S. has the right to reject application form without any reason/liability.

10. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

11. Every Child is important to us. In spite of our safety norms if any kind of injury or incident happens at School, G.D.I.S will not be responsible (including liability & reimbursement).

12. Parents can contact the concerned class teacher (if required) only once in a week end after class hours.

13. No visitors are allowed to meet the child except parents / guardian who signs this form.

14. Parents / Guardians should pick their child after class hours.

15. Parents are requested to attend Parents Meeting when called upon by G.D.I.S.

16. Certificate will be issued only if the child completes the full-session.

17. Regular attendance and punctuality is desired.

18. Please be punctual to fetch your children back to home. We require identification of persons picking up the child after school. If on a particular day, someone else will be picking up, please inform the school.

19. Children must wear school uniform.

20. Both boys and girls should keep their hair neat, finger nails short and clean and wear clean school uniform socks and shoes. Provide a handkerchief / towel to your child.

21. Please notify to the G.D.I.S. for any change of address or telephone number.

22. You may accompany your child (if necessary) for the first Six days only. After that, for the betterment of the child, allow them to adjust to the new school life. Be assured that your child will settle in no time.

23. Your kind consideration and cooperation in the above matters will be greatly appreciated. G.D. International School-where we groom global citizens of future.

Notice for Withdrawal

Parents/Guardian must give a written notice of withdrawal from the school at least one month in advance. If a student is withdrawn, then any amount due to the school by that student, must be paid in full on or before the students' final day of attendance.

The Transfer Certificate will be issued and handed over to the Parents along with other documents, if any, only after obtaining no Dues Certificate'from the Accounts Department.

Any amount will not be refunded under any circumstances except caution money.
